Rebuke In Love - A friend rebuked me for a mistake. I so hate it and do not greet him for some time. Finally an SMS from him soften my heart. "I admonish because I care. I do not want you to make mistakes that harm you and not pleasing to God. "I was stunned. It turns out there are still people who are concerned with whether or not the action that I did.
As my friend mentioned, we would warn or even ignore friends who commit a sin? Do we just watch if the brethren we do anything that is not pleasing to God? Lying, stealing, or even out of control in the word. Basically there is no perfect man because only God who mahasempurna. But, let us not just always stand behind the excuse of his imperfections and ignore an error.
There are times when God uses His servants to convey his intentions. Fellow servant of God often have a reluctance to admonish. Maybe we worry that we will scolds hurt and hate us. However, God says in His word that we must admonish one another in the love of Christ, so that the error was not done repeatedly. So, from now on do not hesitate to admonish and remind. If we were reprimanded, learn to accept the reprimand with a big heart as a way of educating our Lord (Prov. 6:23) .- SS
Admonish one another so that we together walk in the love of Christ
