Justified

Romans 3: 21-31

"For all have sinned and have lost the glory of God, and by grace are justified freely through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus." (Romans 3: 23-24)

Justified - Motorcycle thieves punished lightly. Terrorists in heavy law. The second punishment for the perpetrators of this crime is different but both are equally subject to the status of the convict. Both uniform and inmates in prison. This picture is the same as the consequences of the sins we commit against God. Sin that we do can be different but we are all sinners. Sin causes our relationship with God is lost. The wages of sin is death; we are disqualified from life with God. So do not underestimate the sins of "light" or exaggerate the sins of "heavy". Everything separates us from God and caused us to lose glory.

What happens when a thief or a murderer acquitted in court? Surely the injured party will protest because of acquittals for perpetrators hurt many people's sense of justice. And if we include the injured party may we also will reject the judge's decision. In fact, we become like the killer was declared free. We are justified or acquitted not because the judicial conditions that are damaged or because the judge incompetent but because of the grace of God. We are justified not as a bribe but freely through the redemption of Christ.

Suppose there are people who give ransom to release the convict from the prison then surely convict was more focused on the release of the ransom. This assumption can not be imposed on us because we have to have a balanced focus between justification we receive the redemption that Jesus did. Jesus redeemed us not with a ransom but at the expense of Himself as a ransom itself. So, how expensive works of justification that we have had.

Inspiration: What is the price of blood of Christ? It was used to justify us.

Moment of Inspiration.
