John 15:1-8
Every branch in me that does not bear fruit, cut him, and every branch that bear fruit, cleaned him up, so that it more fruitful. (John 15:2)
Changed To Produce - Moment of the end of the year are typically used to evaluate achievements for a year running, as well as determine the target in the coming years. Personally we also "reflect" whether our lives been helpful? Whether for yourself, your family and others. Life should be lived by specifying a target to be achieved.
The target can sometimes give rise to a sense of trepidation. Especially if the target word is out of The Almighty. The Lord Jesus used the term "fruitful". There is a difference between the branch that generates and which do not produce fruit, i.e. people who live in Christ and who are outside of Christ. As Christians must reach a certain concrete results if he does not want him "cast into the fire and then burned". Is it so?
This does indeed alluded to the risk and reward, but there are important factors that we need to realize. Contrary to the secular world of work, in which the target must be achieved on the basis of personal competence, this passage thus exposed how dependent a disciple of the Lord in the fruit. Pupils should be modified first by the teacher to be able to bear fruit. First, he "cleaned up" by the father, to be more fruitful. Second, it is able to bear absolute just because him living in Christ, The true vine, not because of his personal capacity. Third, because the word of God to bear's pupils became the basis of his life. Fourth, the fruit of the work of the disciples is necessarily to glorify God. – ENO
TRUE FAITH CAN BE PROVED THROUGH THE FRUIT.
