If yes, you shall say: yes, if not, you shall say: no. What is more than these cometh of evil. (Matthew 5:37)

1 Samuel 12-14: 23
I Pray - "Please help with prayer, yes." Such words are often heard when we are dealing with our brothers and sisters who are experiencing disaster or unpleasant incident. The most common reactions encountered was nod of the head or just a short answer, "Yes." However, the question is, how often do we actually pray for these people?
From personal experience, I often find people-including myself-that he would pray, it did not do so. Of course, there are many who really pray. The problem is not to pray or not, but our integrity as Christians.
Of the many definitions of integrity, one of which is "unreliable". From a simple case example above about praying, we can judge yourself whether we are people of integrity or not. Indeed, those who ask for the prayers we will not know and will not normally be checked whether we really pray for him or not. But, God knows.
The integrity issue does not affect our safety, but it will affect the quality of our lives. Good quality of life would be a testimony that speak louder than mere words. Do we longed to be an effective witness for Jesus? Start with simple things, like keeping our words and promises. -dP
The testimony of a person's life can be seen from the way he kept his word.
