Love and Obedience

"Go, marry a woman of harlotry, and have children of harlotry, for the land commits great with his back to the Lord."

Hosea 1: 1-9

Love and Obedience - Everyone must have longed for a wedding and a harmonious household and happy. But the picture of marriage and household Hosea (a Prophet who was sent in the middle of Israel) really beyond dreams. One day God gave a message to Hosea that he married a prostitute who will not be faithful in their marriage. It is difficult to understand the message of God and Hosea imagine the reaction at the time. How could she be married to a woman who was clearly unable to maintain the sanctity of their marriage? If God had made a mistake in this case? Does she have to obey? Against all these questions the Bible records that Hosea - which means salvation, obedient to do what God commanded him. Allah has demanded an 'extraordinary obedience' in the face 'extraordinary times'. Hosea marriage to an unfaithful wife was actually to give an overview of God's dealings with Israel were not faithful, who turned to Baal.

Reflecting on the unfaithfulness of Israel to God, if God is also currently found unfaithfulness to Him? Is there unholiness in marriage, infidelity in service and employment, dishonesty in financial stewardship / blessing of God, or any other sin that is inherent in us? If there are things that the Lord reminded, immediately confess before God, beg forgiveness and make a new commitment to God earnestly to live obedient and faithful to Him.

Inspiration: Love and obedience are two important things that can not be separated. If we love God, the love that will appear through our obedience to Him.

Moment of Inspiration.
