He deflected my ways, shredding me and make me stunned. (Lamentations 3:11)
Reading the Bible in a Year:
Revelation 12-13
Sudden Turn - I work in a multinational company, a foreign company as I desire in college. After working for seven years, I gain the trust position is good and sufficient income to provide for the family. Somehow the fourteenth year I felt the strong call of God to go into ministry. I started praying for a call that I never planned it. I am compelled to respond to the Lord's call with an act of faith, leaving the comfort zone, and fought in full-time ministry. At the age of 38 years, I volunteered for early retirement and serve the Lord full-time as a pastor until now.
Often something we do not expect to happen suddenly and forced us to turn from the original plan. As disclosed prophet Jeremiah, God sometimes distort our streets, shredding, and stunned us. Stay with us the joy of following the path of the Lord because He knows that the draft was upon him concerning us, that the draft peace plan and not an accident, to provide next day full of hope (Jer. 29:11)
If we feel the way we are not in accordance with the plans we make, believe that the Lord is far more beautiful and perfect of our plan. There is something much better and glorious, that God had prepared. -CS
Your ways unfathomable by each of our hearts, but one thing I believe there is a wonderful plan - Jonathan Prawira
