Do Not Live Selfish - A youth church activists died in an accident. He was treated in a coma for several weeks in the ICU. His family was devastated to lose his only child. They also puzzling over funeral costs because the fund has been much sucked for the treatment in the ICU. An acquaintance of the church know this. He volunteered to finance the entire cost of purchasing coffin funeral began, needs an ambulance, funeral homes, until the burial ground.
People around us may be experiencing difficulties. Let us not be indifferent and said, "Thank God not my experience." The Apostle Paul admonished, let us love one another as brothers (v. 10), rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep (v. 15) , We should have compassion and concern. If one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it (1 Cor. 12:26).
Are there our brothers who are in trouble? Let us not avoid it. Wherever possible we provide care and support to help and ease the burden on them. You, the Lord taught through the parable of the good Samaritan, instead of just focusing on yourself, but also drawn to our neighbors, through various forms, such as feeling bad destiny and concern (Lk. 10: 25-37) .- IN
We are not called to live selfishly, but for mutual help to each other.
