Choice, Not By Chance

Luke 2:8-20

Choice, Not By Chance - About six thousand years ago, the job of the Shepherd was first done in Asia minor. The requirement is very difficult. The shepherd had to live apart from their families and communities. Living in shacks, together with his cattle. Not just that. Despite having to keep other people's cattle, day and night, the wages are not how. With the conditions of the work as it is, a surefire shepherds are looking forward the existence of things that can raise their joy.

So also in Luke 2. When the shepherds keep herds of livestock in the field, suddenly an Angel of the Lord standing just near them so that God's glory shines on their covers. The angel tells the news of the birth of Christ. A number of the host of Heaven ever join in praising the Lord there. This of course arouses great joy for the shepherds. Especially when they know that babies born is the Savior of the world. Then, again without delay, with the shepherds hurried to Bethlehem to see what Lord please let us know.

Just as the shepherds, we also need the Annunciation whatever our current life circumstances. However, let us contemplate. Is not a coincidence if the shepherds are chosen of God to receive the first Annunciation. Also, it is not a coincidence if we received the Annunciation. Yes, God still remains the same. Make us into people who loved her to be saved. Let us rejoice therefore! YQ

CHRIST WILL ALWAYS BE THE GREATEST JOY FROM THE NEWS IN THE PAST, NOW, AND FOREVER.
