Learning to Appreciate God's Word

"The one who despises the word, he will suffer the consequences, but who obey the command will be rewarded." Proverbs 13:13

Proverbs 13: 13-16

Learning to Appreciate God's Word - The Bible as a book has undergone various ill-treatment of all time. There were torn, discarded, burned, trampled and clear so insulted and belittled. Interestingly, even those who do that even many who turned into a Bible teacher. Still remember Voltaire? He was a man who had predicted the destruction of the Bible and Christianity a time, ironically even their own libraries where he wrote his prediction that, later bought by the British and Foreign Bible Society to print the Bible. What happened? Floor and ceiling of the library was filled with thousands of Bibles that he hated, but can not be destroyed.

We are in a world that is all-powerful, so it makes a lot of people are not interested in the Bible that considers the ancient book. They do not realize that it is precisely those who live without the word that is ancient. The Word of God is never outdated. Technological sophistication available from time to time even further confirms up to date of his Bible. Because of the greatness of the wisdom and knowledge of God more real through various discoveries and scientific advances are amazing (Romans 11: 33-36).

Let's learn to Neil Armstrong, commander of Apollo 11 landed on the moon in 1969. He has been called by the Lord on 25 August 2012 at the age of 82 years. He was a follower of Christ. On the day of his death, a newspaper writes "Neil Armstrong, now home with his Lord." He is an astronaut who believe in the word of God. What about us, the extent to which our attitude towards His word?
