Growing Faith

"Indeed, if only you have faith as a mustard seed you can say to the mountain: moving is there, then the mountain will move, and nothing will be impossible for you."

Matthew 17: 20

Our faith must always grow. The main objective demons bothering us is that we experience the shock of faith. Jesus likens our faith like a mustard seed. The seed is the seed is the smallest of all the seeds, but when it grew him into a huge tree. (Matthew 13: 31-32) Now, when our faith is shaken because the act of a demon, the demon has achieved its main objectives. How can our faith to grow?

The first, rooted (Colossians 2: 6-7). The seeds that fell to the ground, it will first grow roots. Roots will penetrate deep into the soil, so that eventually the tree will be strong when the wind and storm. Let our life rooted in Christ. Wake up our life on his word. The more deeply embedded in our faith in Christ, the stronger we face many problems and temptations.

Second, growing (Eph 4: 13-15). Once rooted, the tree will continue to grow into a big and strong. Growing faith is faith become spiritually mature. The milk is for children, but solid food is for adults (Hebrews 5: 13-14).

Third, fruit (Matthew 3: 10). "In this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples." (John 15: 8). Each tree is known by its fruit (Luke 6: 43-45). Every good tree will issue forth good fruit (Galatians 5: 22-23).

Inspiration: The roots are deep and strong will to make the tree grow lush and fruitful. Similarly, with our faith, the extent of our knowledge of God will have an impact in our spiritual growth, both in quality and in quantity.

Moment of Inspiration.
