Deuteronomy 8: 2-10
Fidelity Tested - Two lovebirds who are making love loyalty will be tested when they are faced with various difficulties, struggles and challenges. That would prove the purity of their love and commitment. Test of loyalty that could come unexpectedly with diverse forms. The firmness of their loyalty will be more robust by exams were successfully passed. Similarly, our spiritual life, which is our personal relationship with God. Since we know and accept Jesus as their personal Savior and Lord, we also embarked on his journey fidelity throughout life. Israel's journey to the promised land also taught us some principles as follows:
a. The exam objectives for Israel His people humble and stick to His commands (verse 2).
b. Exam hardship leads to the dependence on the word and power of God (vv. 3-4)
c. Attitude and the way God teaches us is like the attitude of the father to his son who loved and grew up in love (vv. 5-6)
d. The final goal fulfillment and abundance provided for Israel is that they are getting to know God, and praise and glorify Him (vv 7-10).
In our world today a test of our loyalty to God is also diverse. Faithful to prioritize personal communion with Him in prayer and study of the Word, faithful to preach in various forms through the access of prayer, power, and money, faithful to build a work ethic Christians in their daily work, faithfully educating our families to love God and His work sincerely, etc.
In all of these things God's purposes and promises inclusion for us does not change as the principles set out above. Let us have faith and believe the inclusion of the Holy Spirit at all times, then we will always pass the test preformance and "grade" in faith day by day.
Inspiration: Exams life is not to be feared, but lived so that we can increasingly recognize and praise the Lord.
Moment of Inspiration.
