Ready to Return

Read: 2 Corinthians 4: 16-5: 10

But it is God who has made us for it and as collateral He gives the Spirit to us. (2 Corinthians 5: 5)

Reading the Bible in a Year:
Hebrews 5-7

Ready to Return - Ben a mechanic in a garage. The work was made in contact with metals greasy and dirty. His friends said, Ben was always the most prepared in times return. "While we are still exchanging clothes, he was ready in the vehicle because, as his dirty clothes removed, the body has been attached to clothing in the house that his wife prepared to go home," they chirped.

"Human flesh" we are, according to Paul, like clothing must be removed when we meet God. Later we clothed him with "inner man". Bodily be rotted time, does not belong to eternity. The problem is, who is able to set the spiritual worth in times return to Him? No if God does not prepare from now. Thankfully his Spirit into guarantee that we belong to Him (5: 5) and the Spirit that makes us steadfast struggle to encounter when it arrives (5: 6-8).

Coming of the Lord could mean universal, ie when the end of time, can also be individualized, which is when a person's death. Either anywhere, we have to be prepared, right? However, the readiness not start from us, but from God. His spirit was granted. Please welcome him. Let him renew us from day to day, our spiritual form into mature, fruitful, strong, resilient, and hopeless-as "fashion" at a time when welcoming him to come. -Pad
God desires and wants us to be ready when He comes, then we are prepared with the best gift: His Spirit.
