But the news about him spread even more, and crowds flocked to him to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. But he withdrew to lonely places and prayed.
Luke 5: 15-16
Without the belief that prayer is the source of power and strength in life and ministry, one will not spend much time in prayer. Lord Jesus served and was hailed as outstanding. If he merely fulfill the will of people, then the time will be only for the service. But he realized that the power ministry was born out of communion with God. He is the time to converse with His Father. Approximately what is he talking about? No one knows.
In the busyness of my service can also make me grounded, "too busy, I do not have time to pray." But even when I'm stuck with a flurry, the result is zero. Look busy and a lot of what we have achieved, may be significant according to us, but deep down we hear what God says, that it is only the fruit of our flesh motivation, not the fruit of service is expected to God. When we pray, we must have clearly heard God's priorities, we will be given the power by God to carry out his priorities. Priorities God is often different from our personal priorities and agenda. The Lord's Prayer we confirmed this, "Your kingdom come, Your will be." I'm sure that's the core conversation of Jesus with the Father, namely that he knew his Father's will and do what is in harmony with His will.
Inspiration: Conversations with God is not vain, or a ritual so that I seemed to pray. I really need God to lead and guide me. Busyness is not an excuse.
Moment of Inspiration.
