Diligent

Matthew 25: 14-30

"... You have been faithful in a very little ..."

Jesus wants each of His diligent work for him. There are two basic properties of the slave in the reading of this time. The servant who was given five talents and the servant who was given two talents. They are servants who diligently since has developed his talents, while the servant who was given one talent is the lazy servant for not developing talent. Talents of the first slave and servant are both developing multiply exponentially, while the third servant was not at all.

One of the apostles of the most diligent is Paul. Indeed, before he was converted he diligently persecuting Christians, but converted after he was diligent in preaching the gospel of Christ. "... Woe is me if I preach not the gospel (1 Corinthians 9: 16c). God used the apostle Paul because his heart that continues to flare to proclaim the good news. He went from one place to another, and wherever he went he was always preaching the gospel. Prison may restrict ourselves Paul so he can not go anywhere, but the prison can not limit the effectiveness of his ministry. Totally invisible laziness in Paul.

Craft is essentially a matter of the heart and can not be measured by the bustle-bustle outside or visible. We must not give in to laziness, laziness though it was something unusual. Our task is to cultivate the diligent nature. The point here is that we need a change in our disposition lazy. Develop talents that God has given diligently, then we will be happy because there wages provided by the Lord.

Inspiration: I want to develop my talents because it is God's precious deposit.
