The economic crisis hit the American most excellent on the 1930s. The stock price plummeted. Many banks closed. Unemployment is everywhere. The public panic.Franklin Delano Roosevelt was elected as President at a time like that. With quiet dispositions he led. Gradually he set policy measures were positive. One call to the famous and powerful people appease her people at that time is "one that we have to fear, that fear itself."

Through the story of "windstorm appeased", Mark brings the theme of fear with good.Take a look at a time the disciples ruled by fear! Experience as a fisherman is not useful anymore. Even the presence of Jesus with them does not affect anything.Instead, they panic and find who can be blamed. "You don't care if we perish?" (v. 38).Waves of panic, effervesce fear flows enter intervention over common sense, and sank our belief of God (v. 40).

For a moment was afraid it was reasonable. However, protracted controlled fear it is dangerous. The fear that the ruling will be allowed to paralyze all of our strengths:poise, good sense, and our faith. The cry of Jesus calming the wind and ocean waves are actually the fuss also appeal to calm fears surge in the hearts of the disciples. And also we. Calm down! Jesus is always there with us. Not enough that it eliminated the fear
We?  PAD
