At First

John chapter 1 verse 1 can be said one of the verses that we often hear. Where is it written that verse "In the beginning was the Word, the Word was together with God and the Word was God."

The word is not used but the Word was God. This is the Word of God with human proximity states, at which time the believer diligently reading and meditating on the Word of God then his life is always close to God.

Said "in the beginning" can indeed refer to the word "first" or "original" or "first time". Just as when God created the universe for the first time (Genesis 1: 1). But in the believer's life everyday, "in the beginning" is synonymous with our attitude to start something. In other words, before we do anything else, the Word that we should heed.

How many of us as believers, while opening the eyes in the mornings always start with the Word of God. Do not let newspapers or magazines or TV shows are our priorities. But start our days by reading and meditating on the Word of God then believe God will always be with us.

Can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word.  I would like to in your statutes, your word will never forget.
