Romans 5: 1-21
If we receive a gift from someone and giving it not because we ask or seek, then giving it truly priceless. The joy of those were delivered by Paul, received the gift of God is justification. Through faith, man reconciled to God. Law could not reconcile man to God but faith in the Lord Jesus who reconcile, unite with God. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).
Justification it is grace alone, not human effort or because the virtues which we have done. Martin Luther said, it is a justification sola gratia (by grace) of God. Grace is a gift from a higher to a lower or from the strong to the weak. Humans are weak and powerless because of the sins. Humans must receive his wages are the wages of death. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23). Therefore man needs compassion, need forgiveness, need justification, need rescue. From where it will be obtained?
Father of mercy, that He gave His only begotten Son to redeem us; through His son Jesus Christ, we are justified and obtain mercy. From the beginning God did not want man fell into death, but came back to life, He gave His Son the Lord Jesus Christ. That is the way of God to justify sinful man.
Inspiration: If you are a believer, faith in Christ, then you have been justified in Him. Give thanks always for the grace of God.
