Growing Every Day

Growing Every Day - Read: Colossians 2: 4-12

You have received Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore, so walk in Him. Rooted in him and built up in him you shall grow firm in the faith that has been taught to you, and let your heart overflows with gratitude. (Colossians 2: 4-12)

One day I saw no street children in the street, eat only with rice and fried with very greedily. Then I thought of my children often to eat only to be told, attended. Once my wife and I come home late in the afternoon, there was my son who had not had lunch. Apparently they snack with a snack and make the stomach does not feel hungry.

I think as well as how we eat spiritual food, there are those who hunger and thirst for God's Word and diligently examine the truth in it. But there is less love. Perhaps because they were satisfied with little food inspiration now scattered through SMS, facebook, etc. Therefore, it may be the same as my children, need the habit of reading and meditating on the Word of God was being watched. Need accountability.

God's Word reminds us that like plants, we must take root and grow in Christ. Without food we will grow spiritually impossible. Therefore we have to create the atmosphere of a small group accountability and spiritual partner can help keep an eye on us in doing this habit. I was a small child whom I normally quiet time together before going to school, which is great sometimes participate, sometimes reading itself. To ascertain whether he was reading, I am often asked what he was reading, what application. Then I give a little extra fitting description with him. It made him seriously in understanding the Word of God.

Motivation: Growth in need of food, spiritual growth requires spiritual food.

Moment of Inspiration.
