Answer: Each of us has experienced disappointment when things do not work the way we want, and if we pray for something that did not come as well, we were disappointed - first because we did not get what we want, and secondly because it seems God did not keep his promises ,
Even when no logical reason why something does not go the way we want, we wonder why God does not make it happen. And if He is God, He can do anything, and if He loves us as much as the Bible says He is, why He does not do it? At such moments, it is very easy to blame God for not answering our prayers.
Of course we should not be questioning God in such circumstances, as if we know better than He. Better to ask God what is wrong in our steps, so that we can learn and become better in the future.
The first thing to remember is that God never fails to do what is best for everyone involved, and He never retreat from the promises that have been given in the Bible. Instead, we as humans sometimes make mistakes. Because God has given us free will, choice we can limit God in answering our prayers.
When we feel prayers are not answered by God, there are several questions to be asked of ourselves, namely:
Do we demand motivated by unselfish love and concern for others?
Do we believe and claim the promises of God's Word?
Do we believe and stepped out in faith to achieve the desired results?
Is God can not do what we ask for other people's choices to make?
Is this possible yet God's time to answer, or not His plan for us?
Is it possible that the answer to the "other" of the Lord will provide better results for the future?
God always answers our prayers, but not always answer immediately or in the way we want. Sometimes He says yes, sometimes he says no, and sometimes He says wait. There are many factors that affect the process missed a prayer, including ourselves and our situation, God and His will, and the situation of the others involved.
We can not fully control the results that may be obtained, other people do not control completely, and God also specifically limit Himself to not fully control (ed: remember, there is free will that God has given to us). This is one reason why prayer can not always be answered.
But if the conditions are right, for results that God knows it best, He will answer. So do not ever doubt that God will answer our prayers. Believe in Him and be grateful for the answer - even when we have not seen the answer!
