Breakthrough Faith: Reaching Promise

"Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Hebrews 11: 1

As Christians we are asked to be able to see everything with "glasses" God. By looking at things from God's perspective, then we can understand what is going on in our lives. No everything that happens without God's permission. And nothing happens just by chance alone. God always has a plan in everything that we experience. And He always provide the best for our lives.

But is not the case in many of the life of Christians. Many who always protest about what they are experiencing. Various question arises why this happened, why it happened, why God allows everything and many more questions that arise when things do not go as we expected.

In circumstances like this we can see only if there is a big wall blocking step of our lives. There is no way out again and everything has become a mess. We do not understand that there is actually a blessing that God provided behind the wall. We must experience in order to achieve a breakthrough thanks to the already available.

Then how can we experience a breakthrough and see that the Lord has provided the best for our lives?

1. Seeing With the Eyes of Faith

"By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even though she was past age, since she considered him faithful who had promised." Hebrews 11:11

Abraham realized that physically he and his wife was no longer possible to have children, because the elderly. But he's learning to see with the eyes of faith that God is able to fulfill what he has promised. And the Lord is not slack concerning His promise to Abraham to give a child.

Abraham relied on his faith to see what God provides far in front of him, so he got what was promised to him.

2. Risen From the Downturn

"So he got up and ate and drank, and by the strength of that food he walked forty days and forty nights to the mountain of God, Horeb the mount." 1 Kings 19: 8

After defeating four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal, Elijah received threats by Jezebel. Jezebel was furious over the actions of Elijah and want to reply. Elijah became very frightened and fled into the desert. There he was desperate and wanted to end his life. But God sends angels to help him. God delivered His message that Elijah got up and rise from the ground. He completed the major tasks that God has provided for him. He did not want to intimate

Realizing what God provided behind every problem we experienced is not enough. We have to rise from adversity. We must rise from sadness, disappointment, heartache and despair that we experienced.
Remove and leave all these feelings, get up and rise to reach thanks to the Lord provides for us. There are great things God has provided for us who want to get up.

3. Achieved With Faith Promise

"And said to all the congregation of Israel:" The land that we passed through to spy it out, it was incredibly good. If the Lord are pleasing to us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us, a land flowing with milk and honey. "Numbers 14: 7-8

When the Israelites were about to enter the Promised Land, they sent twelve spies to see the situation there. After stalking, ten people said that the country was occupied by the giants, and not be able to be defeated (Numbers 13: 32-33). Only two spies, Joshua and Caleb, who still believes that God will bring them into the Promised Land and take it from the hands of the enemy.

Blessings God has provided for us. Yet there are obstacles that must go through. Not a few of the obstacles that lead us to sorrow. But God always give the best for us.

The Israelites brought swirling in the desert for 40 years is not without purpose. The Lord taught many things to the people of Israel. Similarly with our lives. God was teaching us in a variety of problems that we face. God wants us to be able to continue to see and believe His promise that He will give it to us. And God wants us to go grab the promise that has been provided.

Do not be afraid to be a variety of obstacles. Trust that God's hand will lead us to victory. Be assured that God always helps us. See the promise of God with the eyes of faith, rise from adversity and achieve the promise of God by faith. Hallelujah!

"And we know that God causes all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28
