A Joyful Heart - One day I was sentenced to suffer from endometriosis cysts. How shocked and saddened my heart. Strangely, when I ask what is allowed and prohibited doctors, there is one simple suggestion that obliged me to do, which is make mood always happy.
The research revealed that positive emotions associated with reduced stress hormones and makes it easier to laugh. Loma Linda University School of Medicine discovered this fact by asking some adults watching a funny movie. Throughout the screening the activity of the immune system in the body they are observed. As a result, in just one hour, their immune cells increased significantly.
God would speak to us, "Rejoice in the Lord always! Once again I say: Rejoice! "(V. 4). Yes, rejoice in the Lord, not on earthly things. Presenting a joy for themselves and others in a way that is pleasing to God. We too can be a blessing to others, not just for pleasure themselves (v. 5).
One recipe joy of life is cast all our worries about anything to God (v. 6). When we deliver all the desires, hopes, and dreams, we should memanjatkannya gratefully. Not with heavy hearts and a heart full of grumbling. May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.-SAN
