Bad day

"Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, rejoice in the God who saves me."

Habakkuk 3:18

Bad day - If you wake up with a feeling not happy this morning, you're in good company. January 24th is officially "the most stressful day of the year." It was discovered by Dr. Cliff Arnall, a British psychologist who specifically study the irregularities of the season at the University of Cardiff in Wales. The formula to analyze things like that involving seven variables - weather, personal debt, monthly salary and even the amount of time since Christmas, and other matters - that determine a person's feeling of happiness.

He was found on 24 January when the credit card began to be sent, reminding us how brought back to our holiday shopping. At that time, many of our New Year's resolutions fall or at least a compromise riddled with pockets. Perhaps he was right. Maybe you feel it today. But what Dr. Arnall do not understand is that our joy and satisfaction we should not be taken by the dark clouds of winter or wait a long time following the holiday. As followers of Christ, a sense of calmness comfortable will remain and owned no matter what our circumstances. Listen again the words of a man who knows what to do with the feeling on January 24:

"Though the fig tree does not bud, the vine does not bear fruit on the vines, and the fields do not produce food, sheep dispelled from confinement, and no oxen in the cage, but I will rejoice in the Lord, ria rejoice in God that saved me. GOD Lord is my strength: He makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he let me stand on my hills. "(Habakkuk 3: 17-19).

Inspiration: God be with you every day of the year.
