"After that he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. And He said to Peter: "Could you not watch one hour with me?" Matthew 26:40
The Story of the above verse we know that Jesus took three disciples to the Garden of Gethsemane to pray. Jesus knew that He would suffer so heavy on the cross. Therefore, he went to the Garden of Gethsemane to pray to the Father in heaven. But when Jesus was praying, His three turns sleeping. They were not able to survive to be able to guard accompanied Jesus praying.
This situation experienced by the people of God, which when they are less disciplined in prayer life, so many of God's people suffered defeat in the face of various problems.
Prayer life is essential to our lives. There is a power that works through prayer. Through prayer, there is something going on in our lives.
What do we get if we are disciplined in prayer?
1. Being Strong
"Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation: the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." Matthew 26:41
Jesus warned His disciples that humans have weaknesses in terms of the flesh. Therefore He advised His disciples to keep watch in prayer, in order to gain strength in the face of all the weaknesses.
In the midst of the current technological advances and the many pleasures available, God's people must always pray in God to be strong in the face of trials or temptations that come. Meat will be so strong desire to master our lives if we do not build a strong prayer life. Through prayer we will have the power to reject all of the flesh who wish to control our lives. Through prayer we will have the ability to live a life according to the Word of God.

2. The ability of the Father's Will Undergo
"Then he went a little farther and bowed and prayed, saying:" O my Father, if it were possible, let this cup pass from me, but not as the I Want, but as thou wilt. "Matthew 26: 39
Jesus knew that the suffering that will be undertaken are not suffering the usual. Undergo crucifixion is a most difficult task in the face of this earth. As a man, he realizes that he himself was unable to undergo this suffering. He even asked the Father in heaven to pass all of it if possible. But Jesus knew that the Father in heaven wants him to undergo all that. Through prayer Jesus got the strength to get through it perfectly.
When we face a very tough struggle though, one thing we have to do is come to Him and prostrate praying under his feet. God will give you incredible strength, supernatural powers (which is not visible by naked eye), so we will be able to go through / through all the struggles that exist. In fact we will live until we achieve victory, as Jesus himself exalted above everything else on this earth.
Through prayer we will be able to do all the will of the Father in our lives. Any plan will be fulfilled in our lives if we come prostration in prayer with Him.
Let us begin to discipline ourselves to come to Him, prostrate in prayer with Him day by day, so that we gain the strength and ability to do his will. Victory, glory and honor have been provided for each of His people who want to come modestly under his feet. Hallelujah!
