The Lord judges the nations. Judge me, Lord, if I'm right, and if I'm sincere. (Psalm 7: 9)
Reading the Bible in a Year:
Exodus 29-31
Has Strings Attached - A father pick up their children who play in our home after returning from les. He just called his son, then take it home. Come say hello and leave not saying goodbye. Honestly, my heart felt annoyed. In fact, we treated her very well, gave him food and drink. However, after pondering further, I realized that I was helped by having some strings attached.
David wrote this Psalm as an expression of his feelings when treated unfairly and attacked haters. Instead of wearing his ability to fight, he chose cried and begged God's justice. Although innocent, David did not behave as if everything he does is correct and does not need to be corrected. Instead, he was so open to investigation by Judge Worlds. God investigate our minds and hearts; nothing is hidden from Him.
We should have such awareness. Everything we think of an open book in his presence. Any hidden motivation will not escape from his view.
Has opened the event at the top of me if I had been less open to investigation by the Lord. God uses the bad attitude of others to realize that I still have much to learn the meaning of sincerity. So how? Are we willing to be investigated by the Lord? If God gives value, what about the level of our sincerity? -NNK
Sincerity is not visible to the human eye, but clearly visible by the eye that is most investigated.
