Life Plan - We need to have a plan. If not, we will be busy and circling fatigue, but did not achieve anything. However, why verse 14 says: "You do not know what will happen tomorrow, what is your life? Your life is a vapor that briefly appear and then disappear. "If so, what is the point to make plans? So, whether we live better flow only, without the need to set goals? Not! It is precisely because life is so short, we must plan well.
The biggest mistake people make when making his plans are ambitious to achieve with his own strength and for themselves (v. 13). He wandered, this trade and that, to achieve profit maximization, then ... for what? Be careful when you plan succeed and make you rich, powerful, admired. Because when success is achieved, most people fall in the pomp and arrogance themselves (v. 16)!
Then, how we can plan properly? Whether by putting the phrase "If the Lord wills" (v. 15), and then handed it to the Lord, that He bless? Not at all. Establish a plan like God wants. We may make many plans in accordance with the abilities God has bestowed. We should strive to make a profit, so far does not violate the word of God. However, let all the success it later used to do good. Because, if we know how to do good, but do not do it, we sin (v. 17) .- SST
