It happened after Jesus preached to the crowds and heals the sick. Then Jesus said to His disciples that they should feed the people. But that is on them just a few loaves and fishes, which are human beings, will not be enough food to feed thousands of people.
Jesus asked His disciples to bring the food and then give thanks for the food. After he broke bread and distributed to the crowd, miraculously everyone can eat with full and saved the rest. What was once the impossible becomes possible.
What is the secret behind the miracle it? The secret is in thanksgiving.
There is power in gratitude.
Thanksgiving is the way in which we give up everything, including the problems that we have experienced the hand of God.
Thanksgiving is the way in which we surrender completely.
Thanksgiving is the way in which we tell God that we want to set up and processed in one form or another.
Thanksgiving is the way in which we allow God's love to flow into our lives.
Thanksgiving is the way in which we allow the power of God working to transform our lives.
Thanksgiving is the way in which we abandon all our desires and accept what is going on, even in the worst circumstances though.
And many more that we can get from a thanksgiving.
How do we give thanks?
Say thanks to God for what we have left.
Say thanks to God for what was happening.
Say thanks to God for His love which still shed for us.
Say thanks to God for the opportunity that still God gave to us.
Say thanks to God for what we do.
And many other ways to give thanks to God.
Just like the story of the miracle that is happening at the top, it can also happen in our lives. No matter how serious the problems we face in work / business, nothing as severe domestic problems that we experience, whatever the financial circumstances faced, deal with the attitude that always give thanks in all circumstances. The power of God will work in our lives, so that the miracle will happen. Our work will be restored, family relationships also restored, even minimal financial paced will also be restored.
Thanksgiving will bring the power of God in our lives. God will pour out His Spirit to work in our lives, gives us the wisdom to do what is right in God's eyes and that is according to His will. What we never think about, that God would provide for us.
The key is in thanksgiving. Do not grumble over what we experienced, because murmuring will not resolve the problem. But instead, thanksgiving will bring abundant blessings on our lives. The name of Jesus lifted.
"Giving thanks always for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God and our Father." Ephesians 5:20
