Reading: Hebrews 4: 14-16
Because we have a high priest, not a high priest who can not sympathize with our weaknesses, otherwise the same as us, He was tempted, yet without sin. (Hebrews 4:15)

One time I had operated on for appendicitis. I live fairly quiet as most people I know who are involved. Anesthetist was a close friend of mine. Head nurse as well. They recommend the same doctor for the operation. I believe my case is in good hands. Sure enough. Operation takes place smoothly. Although my stomach now decorated scar ten stitches, yet my body condition is improving and recovering.

Confidence in the doctors give peace in surgery; moreover, belief in Jesus, our Great High Priest! Jesus can empathize with all human weakness. He also felt our weakness because he had also been tempted just like us. Only difference, we completely fail to address them; He won a landslide victory over all temptation! And, He provided the victory for us who believe, so that we obtain help in responding to the weaknesses of life. Is not it-that we were in good hands-righteously aroused great peace to us in this life?

Then, why are we more prone to anxiety and frantic? It may be that we have not really permeates the role of Jesus as the high priest of this. We often imagine, to receive God's help, we must qualify the high moral-that actually impossible we fulfilled. Do we not understand that Jesus has fulfilled all the requirements for us, and we just accept it in faith? -ARS
