Effective Service Quintessentially Award - We sometimes feel that we are not worthy to be forgiven by God, do not deserve to be His servant moreover be used by Him. Indeed it was and should always remind us that all that we have received only by the grace of God. The grace of God that also includes knowing the mistakes we make when we serve Him, but even so he still chose us. That is grace!

He wears imperfect people to serve him. Paul understood this. She serves exceptional and used by God does not mean he's perfect. That was always the underlying spirit of Paul's ministry so he became an effective servant. He knows his weaknesses and know the power of God working in him. When he succeeded in the service he did not boast at all that it was because of his ability, but the power of God at work in people who are not as perfect as he is.
Motivation: When there is a call to serve, do not wait until you are perfect. By grace God can use people who are not perfect, and do not be proud if you had the honor to be used by God, because it is grace.
